I have just installed the Eventbrite extension and configured the API keys. It doesn’t work. No import option is available from the menu in the top admin bar. I have also been asked to update my plugins twice today. After the second update, I am getting nag messages that I should install Events Calendar plugin. Its already installed and working.
So sorry for the trouble here! We did indeed release version 3.10 for all our plugins this afternoon. Will you please check that all your Modern Tribe plugins (The Events Calendar, PRO, Community Events, WooCommerce Tickets and Eventbrite Tickets) are all running version 3.10? The Eventbrite Import option could certainly go missing if any other plugins are out of sync with the others.
I was able to grab the event on my local site running the latest versions o the plugins as well. I wonder if the difference here is our themes, since I was testing on Twenty Fifteen–will you please try following our testing for conflicts guide to see if there is indeed a conflict there so we can pinpoint what’s happening?
I noticed there are four must-use plugins included in your site. Are you able to deactivate those or perhaps start with a fresh test site with no other installations to see if one of those is causing a conflict?
Sorry this didn’t work out, but we’d be happy to process that for you. Please send an email to support [at] theevventscalendar.com, reference this thread, and we’ll do that for you right away. If you have an order number to go along with that, we’d appreciate it as well.
Cheers,
Geoff
