Hi – here’s an issue I had today with my first event created within TEC/Eventbrite. I created the event with a ticket with the sales start date in the past. (midnight today, e.g., start selling now.) When I saved the event, I got an error message that said there was a problem creating the Eventbrite event due to the sales start being in the past. To resolve this, I looked at the event on EB and noticed the event had been created but without the ticket. I created the ticket manually to fix it.
Seems like it would be good to catch this error on the TEC side before creating a problem in EB.

Sorry to hear this is affecting you Geoff – we’re actually aware of it and are working on a fix for what will hopefully be the next version.
