MemberGood evening Philippe and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have been experiencing while trying to import your event from Eventbrite.
I would love to help you with this topic. And, if you prefer, I would like to offer to continue this conversation in French if you prefer.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you provide me with the URL to the event in question so that I can run some tests on my end ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Philippe and thank you for the information,
As a starting point, you might want to review our WPML compatibility articles (if you haven’t already).
These insure that things run as smoothly as possible:- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
Let me know if you find anything while going through that process.
If that still does not work, I might have a workaround for you. But it involves peeking at your WordPress database while using phpMyAdmin if you are interested.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Philippe,
Thank you for writing back and for letting us know this is not a good experience for you.
I’m really sorry about that.Thank you for the invitation to log in. Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.
With that in mind, I would still like to help you make this a better experience for you.
Full disclosure, we are currently working at improving our WPML compatibility. But, as is, we should be able to get things working fairly well for you for the Events Calendar.
I don’t understand setting up with WPML process. I don’t see plugins for WPML .
You should be able to download the companion WPML plugins here (translation management and string translation): https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
Furthermore, as I was looking at your system information, I noticed that it seems to cut off. Would you mind re-sending it again with the complete screen content ?
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
