Event Title Not Showing Since 4.4 Update

Hi,

Since the last update 4.4…. the Event Title is now missing from my home page.

Everything was working fine before the update.

I am using the Avada theme and have tried disabling all the other plug in’s but the problem is still present

I am using the following short code to display the calendar on my home page with map view.

view=”map”]

http://67.225.189.47/~quicksafepass/

However when you view the calendar on the main event url it displays ok.

http://67.225.189.47/~quicksafepass/events/

I have tried using the short code on a normal page without the page builder and it is still the same.

However, when I go in to the event calendar settings….display tab and change the default style sheet to Skeleton Styles it solves the problem…..if I try to use either of the other 2 setting the problem returns.

So I guess it is something to do with the changes in the 4.4 style sheet ?

As I say this has only been a problem since the plug in update 4.4, everything worked fine before the update.

Please can you advise what we can do to fix it as I would like to use the Tribe events style sheet for my home page.

I would love to help you with this topic.

As it turns out, one of our other customers had a really similar issue and the good folks from the Avada team provided him with a workaround he was kind enough to share: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/avada-theme-page-titles-disappeared-on-views-but-appear-on-single-event-page/#post-1216007
