ParticipantHi there,
I’ve been running the free version of Event Tickets (Free), along with The Events Calendar (base/free), Events Calendar Pro and Community Events.
My calendar is set to display List, Month, Map and Photo views.
When I have the Event Tickets plugin active, the base Events Calendar views (List and Month) won’t display. List view displays the page, but none of the queried results. The Month view gets a blank white screen. Map and Photo views work fine.
After lengthy troubleshooting, I found that when I turned the Event Tickets plugin is turned off, everything displays as expected.
I’m guessing it’s a conflict with another plugin or function, but I can’t locate the source. Have you heard of any similar problems? Is there code that might cause the Event Tickets Plugin to not display pages from the base Events Calendar plugin?
I’m not using the Event Tickets for anything now, so it’s Ok if it’s deactivated. However, I may want to use it in the future.
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I think you got an early version of The Events Calendar 4.0.5 that caused this.
Please downloaded the latest version again on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
And follow these steps to manually update:
Although that process does not delete or change your events or settings it is a good idea to backup beforehand.
Let me know if that fixes it.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Brian,
Thank you so much! You were correct sir. The update to the core plugin fixed the issue.
I’m curious how often the main src/view template files get updated? Does that happen only on major releases or more often?
Thanks for your help!

MemberGreat, glad it helped.
It is hard to say when the templates get updated.
We try only for major releases to make a change to them, but it could happen if there is a bug.
With our release notes we mention what templates are changed there, for the most part they are pretty stable.
Cheers
