ParticipantIs there a shortcode for displaying the Event Tickets Plus ticket information in a specific spot on a page instead of where it puts it?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. Is there a shortcode for displaying the Event Tickets Plus ticket information in a specific spot on a page instead of where it puts it?
The short answer is yes. It’s not quite a shortcode, but does what you are looking for.
Take a look at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-rsvp-ticket-forms/
Basically, you should find these under Events -> Settings -> Tickets.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for the information but this isn’t what I need and I don’t see the options anyway. My screen looks different than several of the tutorials I’ve seen on the site and I’m not sure why.
Regardless, I am trying to put a button on a landing page that will show the ticket options in a pop-up window. Even if you give me the php to display the ticket, I can create my own shortcode 🙂
Thanks!

MemberGood evening Shannon,
Thank you for writing back.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

I have reason to believe you might be using an older version of our plugins, which would explain why your screens are different.
The other thing I am noticing is that you are sending a screenshot from the Events Manager plugin (which is not affiliated with the Events Calendar). Perhaps this is where the confusion comes from ?

There is no built-in way to achieve this, but there are a couple of things you could try:
- Try using the default WooCommerce product shortcode
- Try using a custom template. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
