    Hello,

    I am still becoming familiar with your plugin, but a client of ours uses Event Tickets Plus and apparently they are not receiving notifications of ticket registrations via email. I checked to see if their admin email was correct and it is. Then I poked around the Events settings a bit and tried to do some searching around for why this would happen, but so far I haven’t found a clear enough answer. I’m hoping this is something very simple that I am just missing, but I could definitely use some help. Thanks!

    We are sorry to hear about your client not receiving their ticket related emails.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with the complete system information of that specific client in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, the built-in WordPress mail method does not work on certain sites.

    Installing, configuring and testing a plugin such as this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ usually solves that type of issue.

    Basically it allows for the use of a real smtp server instead of relying on WordPress’ built-in functionality.

    Hey Matthew,

    Thank you for the system info.

    I am not seeing anything obvious from that info unfortunately. But, I would totally recommend upgrading all of our plugins to their latest version if you can (4.3.2).

    Let us know if the plugin helps.

    With that in mind, the other cause of tickets not being sent/received might be the order status.
    The ticket is only sent when the order is marked “complete” (which makes sense when you think about it).
