Event Tickets Plus – Attendee Information Not Showing On Event Registration Page

I only have one event that I’m setting up tickets for. I have shirt sizes setup for additional Attendee Information fields for the ticket. However, after saving and publishing things, the form does not pop up the additional Attendee Information fields. I’m trying to set it up like the demo here: https://wpshindig.com/event/event-tickets-plus-demo/

I’ve been reading through documentation and have tried adjusting the different settings and can’t get things to work. What am I overlooking?

Could it be that the site I’m testing on is on a development domain and not the actual “live” site?

Thanks for your question! I’m sorry this is not working for you. Let me try to help.

It has likely nothing to do with the development domain.

I visited your page and I see a javascript error in the console. (Screenshot) Based on what I see there this could be cause by a conflict with the Nivo Slider plugin. Try deactivating that and check if that solves it.

If not, please go through our conflict testing guide.

Let me know if that brings anything to surface.

It appeared to be a caching issue. After clearing my cache it started showing. Thanks!
