    Hi,

    Im looking to incorporate all your provided plugins to my new site which will be selling tickets to certain events. Will Event Ticket Plus allow me to set a specific fee on tickets as thats the only way we will be generating revenue. So I want people to log on to sell tickets and automatically have a set fee set up added to the system once gone live from promoters.

    Not sure if im asking for too much but wanted to ask you guys if such thing is possible.

    Hi Harry,

    Thanks for checking out our plugins!

    Event Tickets Plus will let you sell tickets from the backend of the site, and adding Community Events + Community Tickets will let users create events and sell tickets to them from the front end. You can indeed charge fees – this article has some more info on how this works.

    We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take anything for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thank you for getting back to me, that sounds great, Will this also allow me to for example set a 3% fee for every ticket sold on the site via any event organizor, so rather than me doing it manually it adds a booking fee to the ticket price, so if the tickets £50 it will the automatically become £52.50 for example. Just so i can get my head around it.

    Hi Harry,

    You have the option to either pull the fee from the price that you set or to add it on top of the price that you set (see screenshot). With either method, you can specify the price as a percentage.
