I am having a consistent issue with ticketing numbers on this website. I understand that by default the ticket stock should automatically adjust when a purchase takes place but that is NOT happening. In this case I have to manually reduce the stock.
They are using PayPal to process payments. Even when the order status is changed to processed it still does not reduce the stock.
The other issue is that my client is not receiving email notifications when someone places and order. Also, on admin dashboard, orders awaiting processing shows a “zero” even though there are orders that need to be processed.
I really need help getting this fixed.
