GuestHi I think i may have brought the wrong add on?
I want to be able to use the event ticket system for fitness classes but limit the number of tickets to just one per user so not allow a user to book more than 1 space on a class.
It appears this is possible on event ticket pro, please confirm? If so can you swap from purchase of calendar pro to event ticket pro as I thought calendar would do this?
Thanks.

MemberHi Andy,
Sure thing! You are absolutely correct that Event Tickets Plus is the correct plugin for ticketing.
I do want to note, however, that Event Tickets Plus does not include a feature to limit the number of tickets per purchase. You can, however, use this snippet that one of our technicians wrote in your theme’s functions.php file and that should set the maximum number of tickets to one:
https://gist.github.com/niconerd/466453697713a569dcc97d924340fa01
I’ve gone ahead and deactivated your license for Events Calendar PRO and exchanged it for a Event Tickets Plus license.
You can access the new license key by logging into your account on our site and navigating to My Account > License Keys. You will also be able to access a download of Event Tickets Plus by navigating to the Downloads screen from there.
Please let me know if you have any questions about your exchanged license and I’d be happy to help!
Cheers,

MemberHi Andy,
You may need to delete the the opening
<?phptag in the the snippet, depending on how your functions.php file is formatted. If you do that, paste the code at the very bottom of the file, but before any closing?>tag, if one is there.Cheers!

GuestHi Geoff,
Another small bug or maybe user error.
Every-time we try to put in a ticket sale time as 6:00am or 7:00am it always reverts to 8:00am, is this a setting somewhere or a bug?

MemberHi Andy 🙂
We’d be stoked to help further if we can – particularly if there is a bug in the software. Can I ask that you login and post in the Event Tickets Plus forum, however?
Alternatively, if you have not yet purchased Event Tickets Plus and are using our core ticketing plugin – Event Tickets – I’d ask that you post across in our wordpress.org support forum.
Thanks!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
