Event Ticket won't add to Woocommerce Cart

I have the pro version of The Events Calendar and Tickets and I have Woocommerce installed on my website. All the other products add to my cart and checkout fine, but when I add a test event to my cart, the cart stays empty.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Anyone know what’s causing this?

Are you still experiencing this issue? I just took a look at the site and the first test event there and was able to add a ticket to the cart (https://cloudup.com/cL9kl4YXuFe). One common issue that people have when they experience this is that they add “0” tickets to the cart rather than setting the number of tickets they would like to purchase.

Josh,

Yes the event adds to the cart, but when you select checkout, it empties the cart and won’t go any further.

Did you try and do the final step of hitting the checkout button?

Thanks for following up! I apologize that I misunderstood this the first time reading through. I tested on your site and see the issue you’re describing now.

I tested on a local install but wasn’t able to replicate the issue with tickets. I was able to add the tickets to the cart and checkout as expected.

To start, have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict occurring with an existing plugin or your theme?
