You can add the ticket description to the ticket email and PDF by doing a customization. We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
To customize the ticket template, you’ll want to follow the instructions in our themer’s guide to copy the template into your child theme, where you can edit it. You can find the template at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/email.php.
If you’d like to have the code done for you, we do have a list of recommended developers that you could contact.
