ParticipantHello. I have installed Event Tickets Plus. When go to add an event I would like to also schedule multiple events (event series). When I click on the button to set up a series of repeating events the page reloads and scrolls back to the top not displaying the area to add an event series.
In the console it shows triger to undefine object in tickets.min.js file.
Also, says failed to load resources error.
When I deactivate Event Ticket Plus – Calendar pro works without any issues. When I activate Events Ticket Plus I have Calendar Pro conflicts.
Please help. Thank you.

ParticipantI wanted to add that I have reinstalled the plugins and and tested the theme for conflicts. In addition to the above issues I cannot add additional tickets without clicking update and refreshing page. I cannot edit existing tickets at all.
thank you.

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into these issues, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
First, can you please share your system info with me? It sounds like you’ve done some thorough conflicts testing already (thanks for that!), but if you haven’t started with a default environment (default theme like Twenty Seventeen enabled and all other plugins besides The Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus disabled), can you try doing that and see if you are able to add tickets in this setting?
If so, can you then try re-enabling your theme and other (non-events plugins) one at a time, attempting to recreate the issue after you enable each one, and see when this issue starts happening again? When testing, please make sure that you have WP_DEBUG enabled, and copy/paste any errors that you see here.
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHi! I just want a refund at this point. I’ve already put the work in on manually entering the events. Calendar pro is no longer needed.
Thank you

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that Pro isn’t working out for you – we went ahead and processed the refund. If you would like to revisit this in the future, please let us know! We’ll be happy to do what we can to help you get everything working.
