Event Ticket Plus – Attendees fatal error

Hi,

I have a problem with my attendees management. There is a fatal error when i’m trying to access my attendees list ( to manually check-in attendees and other actions ).

There is the error message :

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home3/g1e6k7a1/public_html/malefycia/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 202

I really don’t understand why I can’t manage or access my attendees infos any more … I actually have 1210 attendess, ( 18% )

Please help me to fix this issue !

Hi Bruno,

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue! It sounds like you may need to increase the amount of memory allotted to PHP. This post has some instructions on how to do that. Can you give this a try and see if it fixes the issue?
