    It looks like the Event Ticket is not emailed until the ticket order goes from processing to completed. Is there a way to change or work around this default behavior?

    The attached image shows how we have Event Tickets Plus configured.

    We are using the WooCommerce Square integration for payment processing: https://woocommerce.com/products/square/

    Hey Douglas,

    By design, the tickets aren’t sent until the order is marked as ‘Complete’ – to alter this behavior would require custom coding outside what we’re able to provide. One idea would be to visit this Woo article on Automatically Completing Orders. Let me know if it helps and if not, we’ve got a list of customizers that can help get the job done.
