event submission errors

hello

a few users have reported difficulties submitting events to our community calendar.
specifically, i’ve heard reports of “It keeps timing out or getting a 505 error” and also “fatal errors.”

can you please advise asap of a solution to this?

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear about your issue!

This is likely happening on the server side. Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them for the error log and see if they can help you with this.

Also if you could share some screenshot of the issue, that would be great.

apparently the issue was the version of php being used. switched versions and all seems fine now. thanks.
