I’m sorry about this issue. That’s definitely not good. Let’s try to fix that.
My hunch is that some numbers in the database got misaligned somehow for that ticket.
Probably the fastest resolution would be to create a new ticket for the event with the appropriate stock / capacity.
And set the ‘End sale date’ for the current ticket to a past date so that doesn’t show up.
I would be happy to further investigate this issue. For that I will need the following:
- share your system information with me
- Share with me a database dump / export (you can do this with a plugin like this)
- share with me a detailed step-by-step description on what has happened (how was the event / ticket originally set up; how many tickets were sold; how was the stock increased, etc.)
