ParticipantHi Support team,
My calendar is acting out by repeating the same event. Yes it’s a recurring event, but it takes over the entire calendar. Nothing else shows. The calendar is being populated by this Google Calendar: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=shopdine49%40gmail.com&ctz=America/Los_Angeles
My website Events Calendar page:

MemberHey Thomas,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing, let me help you to solve it!
Can you please confirm that you are using Google calendar private iCal address to import these events instead of the link you just shared with us (https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=shopdine49%40gmail.com&ctz=America/Los_Angeles)?
You can follow the instructions provided in this article to generate the private iCal address for your calendar.
Also, I would suggest you to keep all of your plugins up to date: as I can see from your system info you are running Events Calendar PRO (ECP) version 4.1.2 and the latest version is 4.4.15: since this is an issue associated with recurring events, the outdated version of ECP could be part of the issue you are experiencing.
Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!
Regards,
Patricia

ParticipantI’ve also re-entered the License key for my Event Aggregator… It is still not letting me use the icalendar import option. This error happened after I updated Event Calendar plugin.

MemberHi Thomas,
I’m very sorry to know that your license key is not being validated, let me help you to solve this problem!
You mentioned that you already re-entered your EA license and the issue persists, but can you please do it again by following the steps mentioned bellow and check your Event Aggregator System Status after that?
Please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Settings > Licenses, delete your EA license key and press the “Save Changes” button in the end of that page.
After that, please disconnect your license here and then re-enter your license again via WP Dashboard.
Once you’ve completed these steps, please head over to Events > Help > Event Aggregator System Status and let me know if you see any warnings/messages there.
Thanks!
Patricia
