Event Reminders

Hello,
My client is in desperate need of a feature that can contact certain emails x days before an event via email or sms. I noticed this ws in the pipeline as recently as a year ago, has anything like it been implemented or has anyone found an actual viable solution for this issue? I’m terrified I may have misread the capabilities of this plugin and overpromised to my clients.

We still have this feature as planned. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!

In the meantime, if your client is using WooCommerce, it might be possible to achieve this via a third-party plugin such as:

2. https://wpovernight.com/downloads/woocommerce-reminder-emails-payment-reminders/

I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

Finally, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you if the above plugins do not work for you.
