Event List Widget Can Not Showing the Events List

I have set Event List Widget to show events list in my homepage website but it not shown as ussual.
Is there any issue or recomendation what should I do for this case?

If you deactivate a plugin on your site called “Easy Modal”, does anything improve here? If not, I’d recommend proceeding with the rest of the steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

Thanks for your response. I have tried to deactivate “Easy Modal” plugin, but the Events List Widget still not showing anyting. Also, I have tried to deactivate other plugins like informed at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/, but it not solving my problem.
The Event List Widget not showing the events after I updated The Events Calendar plugin while The Events Calendar PRO already in expired license. But after I renew the licenses, the issue is still happening.
Could you help what other that I can do?

Thank you for testing plugins @sunonet – can you proceed with the rest of the steps in that article? So, after you deactivate all other plugins again, can you then also activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or something?

See how things behave in this theme and let us know what you find – I’m sorry to ask this of you but am just not able to recreate these issues myself and am hoping that the theme test will reveal something useful here.

Hi, the issue which I asked already solved. The problem is seems from update Event Calendar plugin. If I used The Event Calendar version 3.5.1 or higher, the Event List widget can not work (event are not shown from the widget). But after I down grade The Event Calendar to version 3.5, the Event List widget can work normally (it show the event list). But then, my widget thumbnail view setting lost with this version. I’m on progress troubleshooting as informed from the tutorial in this link : https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/horizontal-list-widget/ and http://www.wpfangirl.com/2015/modifying-the-list-widget-in-events-calendar-pro-to-show-images/. If you have any idea how to edit the Event List widget so it can show as thumbnail with image feature, I’m glaad if you can share it with me. Thanks.

Adding a featured image to the widget can be done by following the general customization steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

And using those principles to add call to the function tribe_event_featured_image() where you want the featured image to appear. Head to src/views/widgets/list-widget.php in your plugin files for The Events Calendar to find the file whose code you can edit for this.
