Event Expansion Works when pasting, not on page

I followed this article, and when I paste the page of the event in, it expands to read as it should.

However, when I see it on the page (I\’m using The 7 Theme with Visual Composer), it doesn\’t work in the same way I want it to.

I\’ll test your recommendations about turning off plugins and themes later today.

I’m sorry you’re having issues. I will try to help you figure it out.

Testing with the default Twenty Seventeen theme and all non Events Calendar plugins is a great first step in tracking down any display problems you may be having. Please give that a shot and see if it fixes/changes the issue. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

Once you have done that, if the issue still persists, can you provide me a screenshot of what is happening, and a description of the expected behavior? Your site appears only as a “coming soon” page to me at the moment. If there is a way to temporarily disable that feature, or if you can provide me a link that is not hidden, I can have a better idea about what you are experiencing.
