ParticipantI haven’t added any events in about a month. Now I added a new event and everything seems to work. When I click the event to get details, I am getting a 404 Not found error. Its only occurring on the last event I added. Can you help me get this resolved?
The link for the event calendar is:

ParticipantHey Ronald,
If you head to Settings > Permalinks in your admin area, and click “Save Changes” without actually making any changes does any of this behavior improve at all?
This little trick will cause the permalinks structure on your site to refresh, which may help here.
If not, I’d recommend running through the troubleshooting listed here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
These steps will help us narrow down or rule out possible culprits for the problem here.
Let us know what you find!
Thanks,

ParticipantI found the offending plugin that is causing me issues. The problem I have is that it everything worked up until I installed the latest Events Calendar plugin. How can I roll back to the previous version?

ParticipantHey Ronald,
Thank you for going through those steps! Can you share what plugin it is, specifically? It’s possible we can offer some specific advice here to help get things working, and if not, we can at least test to confirm the issue and log it in our bug-tracking system if appropriate.
As for getting older versions of the software, this depends what you mean – if you mean the PRO add-on for Events Calendar, then unfortunately the only versions publicly available arethe ones at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/.
If you mean the The Events Calendar core version, then you can find a whole list of available versions of downloads here under the “Other Versions” section → https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
Let me know if this helps!

ParticipantThe plugin that is the culprit is FAQ Manager v2.0 by Shaon (http://wpeden.com/product/wordpress-faq-manager/)
I would like to downgrade the event calendar core and pro because there were previous version where this issue was not present. How far back can I downgrade both plugins until I get the one that worked?
I think it may be two upgrades ago.

ParticipantHey Ron,
Thanks for sharing here – I unfortunately do not know what exact versions of both plugins would be compatible with each other, but you should be able to download older versions by logging in at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and choosing an older version of PRO.
For Events Calendar core, you can get many more versions than you can with PRO, and you can find all the available versions in the “Other Versions” section here → https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
I hope that helps!
