This definitely looks like a strange issue to be having. A couple of questions that may help us to get to the bottom of this one:
- Have you tried deactivating other plugins and switching to a default theme according to our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with existing code on the site?
- Can you verify that you’re using the latest versions of all of the Events Calendar plugins on the site. We’ve had a couple of updates come out recently.
- When reviewing the Event Categories from the dashboard of your site do you see the category terms displaying there?
