ParticipantHi, i bought the event calendar pro not knowing it was a subscription deal. I wanted to buy only the ad for recurring event but i bought the calendar pro subscription instead.
Please help

Recurring events are actually a feature of Events Calendar Pro (you need this add-on for the recurring events features), so it sounds like you’ve got the right product 🙂

ParticipantSo it’s not possible to just buy the product. If i have to pay for it each
year, i might as well not bother using the product and just cancel. I have
always added my events manually anyway. Just looking for an easier way to
put in recurring events. Could help me cancel the subscription, cause it is

Just to clarify, you did purchase the Events Calendar Pro product, meaning that the plugin is yours, even if you do not renew the subscription. The subscription entitles you to premium support here on the Help Desk, as well as plugin updates. This means that as long as your license is active, you will have access to the most recent versions of Pro. If the subscription expires and you do not renew, then the plugin will still work on your site. However, continuing to update WordPress, your theme, and other plugins will likely eventually lead to compatibility issues with Pro if you do not update it.
