Event Calendar shared among different sites

Hi, I would like to install Event Calendar plugin on my root WordPress Site which also has a couple of subsites under it. What I’m trying to achieve is I would like to populate the same calendar to all my “Event Calendar” pages across these subsites.

If possible, accounts with admin or editor access would be able to make changes to the central calendar and all the sites would be updated.

Is there a way to achieve this from the normal Event Calendar? or do I need to upgrade to the Pro version?

We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

This very feature will actually make it to our plugins this spring.

Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
Our blog posts and twitter feeds should keep you in the know 🙂

In the meantime, the only way to do this is to use the indirect approach: use something such as Google Calendar or iCal as a master.

Once that is done, you can simply use our Event Aggregator tool to populate your various calendars: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/

I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

Thanks for the reply Geoff. Happy and excited to hear that the feature would be available in Spring! I will look out for it .. in the meantime, i will seek your advice to give event aggregator a try with Google Cal.
