ParticipantHi I just got the pro plug in everything was going great, added one more event, now when I click on the next month arrow it just sits spinning the dial. Never recovers. Tried deleting that new event. Still hangs.
Here is the site link
http://outriggersantacruz.org/events/No error messages in Firefox console.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
I checked out your site and I am getting this error in the console:
“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://outriggersantacruz.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”
That could be a php error causing the issue can you check your error logs on the server?
Also, following our testing for conflicts guide could help find the source of the issue:
Let me know what you find out from both of those and we can go from there.
Thanks

Participantcgi_error_log has plenty of these…

ParticipantIncreased the memory limit in php.ini, ok now. Wow that seems like a LOT of memory usage!! Will I have to keep bumping this up? I went from 32M to 64M limit.

MemberOk glad you found the source of the issue.
64M is not that high for some sites. I have had it as high as 128M although I try to avoid that.
If you add more events to display in the month view that can take up more and more memory as it does create a large query to process.
We have better caching coming out in 3.10 in the next couple of days that could help this out too.
Cheers
