GuestHello,
I am looking to completely revamp my website and need a robust calendar and event ticketing system as what I am using is not quite handling things. In the ticket sales I see that yours does work with Paypal and I will need Woocommerce.
Other questions:
1. are there fields where customers can send messages to me such as where they would like to sit, or other custom information
2. do you have a way they would have to click a checkbox and make it mandatory for a waiver before they could complete their purchase?
3. Do you have a good theme you recommend to use with both of these items you have? I am going to switch out my theme and I am tired of themes being buggy with important plugins. This will be the most important plugin on my site.February 7, 2018 at 10:13 pm #1447228Geoff B.

We’ll be glad to answer your questions.1. are there fields where customers can send messages to me such as where they would like to sit, or other custom information
There are two ways to tackle this:
- Since you are using WooCommerce, you could use order notes during checkout for that purpose
- Event Tickets Plus also includes the ability to capture additional attendee information you could use a text field (or many) to capture that info. You can even decide if you want to make these fields mandatory or not: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
2. do you have a way they would have to click a checkbox and make it mandatory for a waiver before they could complete their purchase?
Yes, you can use either the additional attendee information functionality OR the overall WooCommerce store’s terms and conditions for that purpose.
3. Do you have a good theme you recommend to use with both of these items you have? I am going to switch out my theme and I am tired of themes being buggy with important plugins. This will be the most important plugin on my site.
This is a matter of personal preference of course, but a lot of our customers seem to like one of the following themes: Divi, Avada and EventicaLet me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
