Duncan
ParticipantOk going back to the problem that was reported by a few of us last week regarding the error below.
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/flatoute/public_html/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 1039I’ve just upgraded Events Cal and Events Cal Pro to 2.0.11 and the problem is still visible on my site.
Password and Login are the same if any of the devs want access to back end. 🙂

ParticipantHellooo?
am I the only one getting this error then?

ParticipantGuys, this has been four days since I posted this, I thought one of the advantages of Event Cal Pro members, was the customer support?

MemberSorry for the delay Duncan – let me look into this.

MemberSo yeah we’re already aware of this one (I think you were part of the discussion over in this thread) and as stated there we are not going to progress this further since it should be resolved as of the forthcoming 3.0 release.
In the interim the best advice as always in production environments is to turn off the display of errors.

ParticipantI’m also having this same issue and it’s messing up the navigation of my site so just turning off error reporting isn’t going to work for me. Is there some kind of temporary fix? When will 3.0 be released?

MemberCan you provide a URL so I can see the sort of problems its creating here?
I’m afraid we can’t give a timeframe for the release of 3.0 since we don’t know what might be thrown up during beta testing (which is in progress), but hopefully soon 🙂

MemberHmm. Would you be able to send a copy of your theme across? ([email protected], marking the email for my attention and including a link to this thread)

ParticipantWho? me or Matt? 🙂

MemberI was addressing Matt – but it could be worth taking a look at yours, too 🙂

ParticipantJust sent it to you a few minutes ago if you have any questions just let me know.

MemberThanks for sending that across. That theme doesn’t seem to support regular WP menus? I took an educated guess based on the link you provided earlier and assumed that your menu instead depends on the Thrive Navigation Bar widget.
So I don’t know if that is connected or if it is something else at work here – I can’t actually replicate quite the same problem as you are experiencing, so unfortunately there isn’t much more I can do in this case, except suggest trying a regular menu implementation.
Duncan: can I ask how menus are being handled on your site? Is that also handled with custom or theme-specific code?
