Event Aggregator Not Working

    I renewed my license for event aggregator and EC Pro but it’s only offering CSV imports. Other choices are grayed out. This worked before on my site. Please help.

    Hello James

    Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

    Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

    Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

    Are you able to delete and readd your Event Aggregator license? My Account » Licenses will have the license key on file.

    Please let me know if that preserves EA being active. Once it sees that, the other import options will be available.
