    Hi there,

I have a valid license for Event Aggregator 100 imports a day license. However when I go to New Import Origin I cannot add a new import source. Instead I see everything greyed out and the Buy Aggregator notice. I do not even get close to 100 imports a day so it cannot be an issue with exceeding my plan.

    Please help!
    Thanks 🙂

    Hey Justine 🙂

If you visit Events > Settings > Licenses, do you see a “Valid Key! Expires on 2017-11-29” message beneath the Event Aggregator license key field?

Can you also check to see if the issue persists after reverting back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours? Please review our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you find out.

Have a pleasant rest of your weekend. Cheers!
