ParticipantHi, the licence key I received gets accepted as being valid when I enter it but it doesn’t change anything and when I “save changes” it doesn’t accept it.

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
It sounds like you’re able to save the key and get a green “Valid key!” message, but when you navigate back to the page, the license key is no longer in the box? Is this correct?
Are you still able to use Event Aggregator? I am wondering if the key is saving but for some reason not appearing in the box. I do see that your Event Aggregator key is registered to your site on my end. If you go to Events > Import, you should see several other options besides CSV. Can you please let me know what options you see there, and share your full system info with me as well?

ParticipantHi Jennifer, it would give me the green valid key but would disappear once I hit the save button without installing anything. This occurred no matter what browser or device I used.
Nothing I did would advance me past this stage.
I figured out this morning though. I had to deactivate everything except for the basic events calendar plugin. It accepted & saved the key fine after that.
