ParticipantHi Team,
the new Aggreagator imports start and end times of events on a false way. Start- and End-Time of events are the same. Is there anything that i could do to fix that problem?
The old ical importer worked perfectly, but with the new version that tool doesn´t work any longer.
Kind regards

MemberHi Christian.
I’m sorry to say this is one of our known issues (not all known issues are listed there, just major ones).
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. I know it’s a high-priority bug that should get fixed soon (days or weeks).
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

ParticipantHello!
I’m so sorry about this, but I actually misfired in my initial post about this and have confirmed with our development team that the bugfixes for the iCal import end times is actually still in its final stages of testing—it has not launched yet and is not yet available.
My apologies!
It should still be arriving soon nonetheless—stay tuned to this thread and to our product news for updates!
Sincerely,
GeorgeDecember 18, 2016 at 7:14 am #1207515Nico
MemberHi there,
Just wanted to inform that the fix for this issue has been finally pushed to the Event Aggregator server! There’s no need to update the plugins, although I recommend using the latest version of The Events Calendar.
Thanks so much for the patience while we worked on this 🙂
Please let us know if this is working as expected for you,
Best,
