I help manage event registration for a 1 day annual conference and we are trying to determine which event registration WordPress add-on to go with. We are wondering how or if it is possible to set up the following:

1. We want different types of registration like Full day with lunch, full day without lunch, half day with lunch, half day without, and keynote only. When a participant chooses full day with lunch we want them to be able to then register for their choice of 3 workshops from a list that ranges from 20-27 different workshops.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sam and thanks for getting in touch!

I do think our Event Tickets and Event Ticket Plus combo will work here for this.

Event Tickets allows you to set up a basic RSVP on any page or post in WordPress. Event Tickets then allows you to create on those pages and posts, connect them to WooCommerce, and sell them using the WooCommerce shopping cart. You can create an number of tickets and as many types of tickets as well, all with their own start and end sale dates, if needed. Handy for things like early registration!

Another thing Event Tickets Plus does is allows you to collect custom information for each attendee. In other words, you can ask a registrant what workshops they plan to attend. Or what t-shirt size they are. Or what food allergies they might have for lunch considerations. It’s pretty flexible that way. Here’s more info on how collecting information works.
