Errors on checkout

Upon check-out I receive the error “shipping_address[name]: is empty” for. The error occurs after checkout, prior to payment.

Also, do you only see this issue when a customer purchases a ticket, or all products in general?

Hi Again.

I fund the cause of the problem, which was not the Events calendar.
The problem was caused by my payment-gateway ‘quickpay’, and the issue has now been resolved.
