    Hey guys,

I just recently purchased the PRO version it’s been working great. I run a very simple youth wrestling club website (It’s mostly just your calendar!)

    my environment is …

    wordpress 4.9.1
    php 7.0.25
    Events Calendar Version 4.6.7
    Events Calendar PRO 4.4.19

After running with the PRO for a couple of days I am seeing many of these (below) in my error_log files …

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function __() in <hidden>/wp-admin/user/menu.php
    :10

[12-Dec-2017 03:18:51 UTC] PHP Warning: array_diff(): Argument #1 is not an array in <hidden>/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Post_Meta_Copier.php on line 66

[12-Dec-2017 03:18:51 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in <hidden>/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Post_Meta_Copier.php on line 68

[12-Dec-2017 04:09:14 UTC] PHP Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in <hidden>/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 249

Just a couple of questions, hoping you can kick me in the right direction…

    1) Is this a misconfiguration by me?
    2) a bug I should be worried about?

    TIA,
    George

Hi, Kristyn. Thanks for your detailed request. Those are the latest versions so good job there. However, we haven’t had other reports of these issues.

There are 3 errors here. The first is not from our plugins but you should still troubleshoot it and get it resolved.

For the second and third… I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Cliff,

Thanks for your response. I have cleared the logs… and unfortunately I haven’t seen them again. I will keep an eye on it, if I see them again I will report back!

    Thanks
