error when using event tickets pro with easy digital downloads

I am using the Genesis Outreach Pro theme on a mac with Easy Digital Downloads and Event Tickets Plus.

Before I installed Event Tickets Plus, I was not getting any errors when testing out Easy Digital Downloads. However, after installing Event Tickets Pro, when I create a post and the associated ticket and view the page, I get the result on the error page. Please let me know what is wrong. Do I need to install Modern Tribes The Event Calendar first? Currently that plugin in not installed.

Hello Mark,

If I’m right, normally you don’t need The Events Calendar for this to work.

It might be we have a bug here, so I would like to ask you to check the following scenarios:

• switch to a default theme like twentysixteen and see if the issue still exists
• install the free The Events Calendar plugin and activate it, and check if the issue is resolved with it.

Also, when you activate TEC you will already see the Help menu, please then share your system information with me.
