ParticipantPlugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

MemberGood evening Jesse and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the fatal error you have encountered while trying to activate the Events Calendar Pro (you did not mention, but I assume that is the case). I would love to help you with this topic.
The first thing we need to do is get rid of the error 500 message.
Could you please read the following and try these solutions: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/the-ultimate-guide-to-solving-500-internal-server-errors-and-blank-white-pages-in-wordpress/ ?It looks like there might be some file permissions or some .htaccess issue in the way.
Once that is done, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
