    Hello,
after upgrading to Event Tickets and Event Ticket Plus,
we got this error on the event page,
after the saving of a new ticket,

Fatal error: Call to undefined function edd_get_download() in /home/sswsnu/public_html/solhagaeducation/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/EDD/Main.php on line 604

We got it probably after our customer select Easy Digital Download as the type of the ticket (wrongly).
    How can we resolve?
Moreover, how to disable EDD and RSVP options when creating a ticket?
We would like to have only woocommerce.

    Hey Niklas,

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about this issue! I’ll help you getting this right…

I’ve just tried creating new EDD tickets in my install and wasn’t able to reproduce this error. Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

To disable EDD tickets you’ll need to de-activate the EDD plugin, is that possible or are you using it in the site? And about removing the RSVP option, there’s not an easy way to do, maybe you can inject some JS to that admin page to select the appropriate checkbox and hide the other options. Does that make sense?

Please let me know about it,

    Best,
    Nico

    Hi Nico,

I resolved the issue yesterday after de-activating and re-activating some plugins.
Now only woocommerce and RSVP options are present.

The strange thing is that the EDD option was present even if we don’t have any EDD plugin installed.
Unfortunately, I can’t replicate the issue at the moment.

Woocommerce option is selected by default now, so javascript code in not needed anymore.

    Thanks.
    Matteo.

    Hi there Matteo,

Glad you could sort this out 🙂

The strange thing is that the EDD option was present even if we don’t have any EDD plugin installed. Unfortunately, I can’t replicate the issue at the moment.

Not sure at all what could cause that, if at any point you are able to reproduce this issue please let us know!

I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best,
    Nico
