ParticipantHello
We’ve got one event (that we know of) that causes an internal server error on checkout. After the final button click “place order”, an internal server error appears at the top of the form
The order does actually go through, but the product/ticket ordered is not linked to the event. This means customers are purchasing ticket without actually being added to the attendee list, and because they receive an error they believe the order didn’t go through.
Can you help us with this issue.
From error log:

MemberHello Ted!
I’m sorry you are having that issue. Let me help you with that.
That’s a strange error you are getting. It could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ ? Let us know if you notice any changes in the process.
I’d recommend you set up a staging / dev site where you can make all this tests without disrupting the live site.
Let us know how that goes and if you have any questions.
Thanks,
