KeymasterSzia Ágota!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Could you send me a full screen screenshot of the issue? Thanks!
Please also try to go through our conflict testing guide and check if maybe one of the plugins you are using is interfering with it.
Let me know what you find.

KeymasterClaudio, thanks for chiming in. Are you having the same issue?
Ágota, are you getting similar error messages? I registered on your website, but it still doesn’t allow me to add a community event. I wanted to test it.
Is there anything else needed?Thanks!
A.September 10, 2018 at 8:40 am #1617620agotabalai
ParticipantHi Andras,
The problem occurs only when the user tries to upload an image.
If you don’t want to add an image you can submit the event. Please let me know what you need for testing?
Thanks,
AgotaSeptember 10, 2018 at 1:15 pm #1617945agotabalai
ParticipantAlso, we can’t see any error messages.

KeymasterHi,
I have tested this and haven’t experienced any issues on my test site. So let’s dig further.
How large is the image you are trying to upload? I see a limitation on your end
upload_max_filesize = 2MIf the image is larger than this, then it will not upload.
If that does not lead anywhere, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and see if any error messages are logged while you try to upload an image.
Thanks,
AndrasSeptember 12, 2018 at 12:30 am #1619224agotabalai
ParticipantSzia Andras,
It is not the image size. We’ve checked for error messages too, the debug doesn’t show anything.
Please let me know what you need for testing at our site.
Thanks,
AgotaSeptember 12, 2018 at 12:35 am #1619225agotabalai
ParticipantAlso, I have this message constantly at the WP Dashboard: To begin using The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets, please install and activate the latest versions of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, The Events Calendar, Community Events, and WooCommerce.
These are all activated and updated.

ParticipantAdditional info:
I can upload images from the back end. The problem is that is not possible for the users.September 12, 2018 at 2:13 am #1619291Andras
KeymasterSzia,
“To begin using…” : I didn’t see WooCommerce in your plugin list, it looks like that’s still missing. Please check and let me know.
I created an account on the website, but it still doesn’t allow me to add an event to the calendar. Could you adjust my profile or provide me with a login, so that I can test creating an event so I can check what is happening?
Thanks!
Andras
