Hello, we have recently upgraded to the Pro version and after installing it, we received the following error message on our recurring events pages:

Warning: explode() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in /home/*username*/www/www/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Meta.php on line 1403

Warning: array_map(): Argument #2 should be an array in /home/*username*/www/www/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Meta.php on line 1403

We have current WordPress 4.7.3 and our version of Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro were downloaded today and are version 4.4.3. We saw a similar post at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/error-in-the-logfile/ without a resolution.

Please advise what we can do to remove the warning message. Thank you.

Good evening James and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the error message you are receiving during install. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Secondly, could you tell me from which version you were upgrading from ?

Finally, can you tell me if the message disappears when you re-save the recurring events individually ?

    Hang in there,

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
