Error from Facebook Usernames

    In the Settings I currently have 4 Facebook pages/usernames that I want to import from. They are all public listings for bars/restaurants. The entries with ID numbers import correctly, but if it is using a username (https://www.facebook.com/thehighdive) so, ‘thehighdive’, it gives a Facebook API error.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. It is true that they maybe public, but still have restrictions like age or country restrictions.

    I tried thehighdive and have saw the Unsupported Get Request Error.

    We have this guide on how to troubleshoot that error with Facebook:
