Hi,
So we had this issue here before: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-missing-attendee-details-in-completed-purchase/
On some of our ticket bookings, client details would not be saved despite the fields being required. This is still a puzzle for us but an option would be to have an edit function for the tickets. As you can read from the post on the link above, George from your support team provided us with a plugin which can help edit the ticket details of completed purchases.
The problem now is that plugin no longer works. I have attached an image of the edit dialog and it only has the Save and Close buttons on it. Based on the HTML codes, there is really nothing else inside the dialog.
Maybe the ticket edit plugin also needs an update to keep up with the new versions of Events Tickets? Please do help us! Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
You are right, the attendee data editor plugin broke as a result of the complete Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus redesign. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch. We are actively working on a solution for this.
The good news is that we are working on a fix for this.
Alas, I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. But you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. In the meantime, the only option is to downgrade both Event Tickets (4.5.7) and Event Tickets Plus (4.5.6) to a previous version
Aafter a backup of your database, I recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Best regards,

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
