    Hello,

I am unable to edit tickets on a website that runs SSL. When I click on the Edit link in the Woocommerce Tickets section, nothing happens except the panel gets overplayed with a translucent white layer. Hunter looked at his issue before and could not recreate it on his test server. I have setup a subdomain that runs in the identical environment and has a cloned version of the production website. There is NO ISSUE on the subdomain – it does not run SSL, this is the ONLY difference between prod and subdomain.

    Please see the image.

Also, I have disable all plugins except Events Calendar and Tickets. Also, I activated WP default theme 2016. You may want to reference the original ticket I submitted for this issue. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/yoast-seo-conflict-2/

Per Hunter’s request, this new ticket is being created to keep two issues I reported in the original defect separately.

    Hello Marina,

Thanks for reaching out and opening a new thread with this issue. It helps us to keep things tidy.

I’m sorry about this issue with the SSL and the link. I would like to ask for a bit more information on this so we can investigate deeper.

I saw your system information in the other thread. I see there some outdated plugins, and the calendar and ticket plugins have mismatching version numbers. It is highly recommended to update them to the latest. Did you manage to do that? Does the issue still occur with the updated plugins?

If the issue still exists, then please share with me the url of the link that you are clicking on and is producing the error. And we’ll take it further from there.

    Thanks and cheers,
    Andras

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
