Nicholas
ParticipantHi,
IInstalled:
The Events Calendar Pro Version 3.12.3,
The Events Calendar: EDD Tickets Version 3.9.2
and Easy Digital Downloads Version 2.4.9on my WP Engine staging server http://nickbatik.staging.wpengine.com/event/wordpress-fundamentals/
I created a Calendar event, added 3 tickets, and verified in EDD that the Event appear and all 3 tickets
I get:Warning: include(/nas/wp/www/staging/nickbatik/wp-content/plugins/eddtickets/src/views/eddtickets/tickets.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /nas/wp/www/staging/nickbatik/wp-content/plugins/eddtickets/classes/class-eddtickets.php on line 486
Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/nas/wp/www/staging/nickbatik/wp-content/plugins/eddtickets/src/views/eddtickets/tickets.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear’) in /nas/wp/www/staging/nickbatik/wp-content/plugins/eddtickets/classes/class-eddtickets.php on line 486
Note: Your Knowledge Base page on Sharing Your System Information https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ noted that “Make sure you mark the Reply as Private so that other users cannot see your information.”
Since this form does not have a “Reply as Private” checkbox, I deleted my plugins keys from the System Information, just in case.

ParticipantHey @Nicholas,
Thanks for reporting all of this; I noticed right off the bat that you’re using EDD Tickets version 3.9.2, which is outdated.
The current version is 3.12 – you can get this manually if you head to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads
Download the 3.12 version of EDD Tickets, replace the 3.9.2 version on your site with it, and let us know if that gets rid of these errors for you and keeps things working well.
Cheers!

ParticipantGeorge,
That worked, thanks.
Curious, though. The EDD Tickets plugin did not show an update available in the either the Updates or the Installed Plugins panel. I also had to deactivate and delete the 3.9.2 version before I could install 3.12.
Is there a better way to do this, or do I have to log into my account here every week to see if anything is updated?

ParticipantThanks for the update @Nicholas! In regards to your questions about updating, I’m not sure why you didn’t get the notice – now that you’re updated, if you enter your license key in your settings then you should be getting update notices.
If not, then I’d recommend contacting your web host support because there might be a server configuration that is preventing communication between our update server and your site or something like that…
Sorry about the inconveniences from manual updating! It’s a good fallback option but you should be able to update right from within your admin with one-click updates based on the “Update available” notices.
Make sure your license key is entered, and that your web host confirms that communication between the servers is not interfered with…
I’ll close up this thread for now but wish you the best of luck with your site 🙂
Cheers!
