ParticipantHi There,
I bought a license for Events Calendar Pro on the day the latet version was released having trialed Events Calendar. I have a Windows Server, so as soon as I installed the full (latest version) my site crashed due to the incompatability with IIS.
Ii need to get the plugin installed to get the site up and running for a demo but I can’t see any way to download an older version if Events Calendar Pro – I’m only given the option of 4.4 in my downloads page?
Is it possible to get an older version to use until a fix is relesed for IIS (any timeframe for this?)?
Thanks,
Nick

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I have changed the start date of your license and should see older versions of the plugin now.
You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
Older versions of the core plugin here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/And in your account too.
Follow these steps to manually change the plugins:
Cheers

ParticipantNope, I also need a prior version of Pro since it no longer works with IIS and I only see the most recent versions in my Downloads area when logged into my account. I asked George for a link to v4.3 but haven’t gotten a reply yet.

MemberHi Todd,
I looked at your account and all the downloads should be available here for you:
https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Are you not seeing the dropdown box with the version number to get older versions of the plugins?

ParticipantAwe, Brian! You are correct. I didn’t even know those were dropdown boxes cause I didn’t see a down arrow next to them. Haa! I am such a goober. Thanks for getting me on the right track again. And… I am sorry about calling you George because I was writing two emails at the time and mixed names up. Oops!?!
