Download does not work

    Hi, I just purchased the pro version.
    After clicking on the download button it says:

    {“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:403}}

    Can you help?

    Hi Christine!

    Occasionally the automatic download does not work for some users, but you can download the plugin manually by following these instructions.
