    We are experiencing an issue when tickets are added to the cart. If adding the quantity of (1) it is automatically being changed to (2) in the cart. This error just started to occur after we recently updated the plugin and the WooCommerce plugin. I’ve tried reverting back to the previous version(s) but the issue still occurs.

    Visitors can update the quantity back to (1) once the (2) are added to the cart. It appears to only be doubling the quantity on the first instance of the item in the cart.

    Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll try to help you out on this!

    I haven’t heard of this issue so not sure what’s happening here. To troubleshoot this, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. Can you please share an event URL where I can see this on the site?

    I would also like to know if this issue happens in a new incognito/private browser window.
