ParticipantHello, i have some problems …
when I search for events by date, for example, on December 31, it just shows me one event while there are many. the search bar doesn’t work, the same for search by location …
Another problem: these events are not displayed when I click “AGENDA SONORE” while they are in the category “MUSIQUE”
I do not understand all these problems, The site is an agenda of concerts, parties …, or if it does not work this causes a big problem!
Thanks for your help.

MemberHi Emmanuelle,
I’m sorry you’re experiencing difficulties.
We do try to stick to one issue per thread, so let’s deal with the date search problem first of all (and if you can create a new thread for any other issues that would be appreciated) 🙂

Can you provide a few more details or even copy and paste the URL in here so I can see the problem? For instance, if I visit:
.../evenements/?action=tribe_list&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=list&tribe-bar-date=2014-12-31
I see a range of events, not just one. I also note you don’t seem to have day view enabled, so I’m not quite sure what the problem is exactly.

MemberOK – so which events are actually missing?
Can you link me directly to one or two of the events that you expect to be present when you visit the URL you just shared, but are actually absent?
Thanks!

ParticipantHello Barry,
there events are missing (all events who have price a higher price than 9€ it seems):
http://www.over-scene.com/evenement/shroom-lan/ (35€)
http://www.over-scene.com/evenement/happy-new-year-2015-antirouille (15/20€)
http://www.over-scene.com/evenement/nye15-reveillon-du-jour-lan/ (12/15e)The filter bar is blocked to 9€.
Thanks.

MemberThat’s pretty puzzling.
You indicated having already run through our standard troubleshooting/conflict testing steps: just for the avoidance of any doubt, can you confirm that those did not allow you to identify any problems resulting from other plugins or your theme?
Thanks!

ParticipantHello, I just tried again: disable all plugins, change the theme, empty the cache … but apparently there isn’t conflict .
And now this is the same when “the filter bar” is “closed” (i see “afficher les filtres”).

MemberHi Emmanuelle:
So clearly the cost filter isn’t picking up on those other event costs. I wonder – if you try editing each of them and re-saving them does that fix this?
If not I’d love to get a better look at the problem. Would it be possible to get a database dump? Tools such as Duplicator can assist with this, as can phpMyAdmin and other commonly available apps.
(If that’s possible, please upload the dump file to a service like Dropbox or even to your own website and simply share the link as a private reply.)
Thanks so much for your continued patience while we work through this 🙂
